Anita Kuykendall Stoll

Anita Kuykendall Stoll and her family have been members of Temple Sinai in Washington, D.C., for 20 years. Anita has served on various committees in the temple, including Multiracial Sinai and the choir. She is currently an officer on the Board of Trustees.  Anita holds an Ed.D in sociology and education from Teachers College, Columbia University, where she first met and worked with professors who inspired her to study educational equity and anti-racist educational practices. She brings these skills to Temple Sinai, where it is a great honor to work alongside so many clergy and congregants who are committed to building an antiracist space in Reform Judaism. Anita is currently a music teacher the Montgomery County Maryland Public school system, and an adjunct professor at Montgomery Community College.  Anita and her husband have four children, one of whom is a rabbi for the Hillel program.
