Kathryn Fleisher (she/her) is a WRJ North American Board Member based out of Washington, DC. The founder and previous executive director of Not My Generation---an organization committed to localized, intersectional gun violence prevention advocacy for young adults---Kathryn is now a professional in the gun violence prevention movement. She recently received her MPH in Health Policy from the George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health and now works as a policy advisor at the Johns Hopkins Center for Gun Violence Solutions. Kathryn has been active member and leader of the Reform Jewish youth movement for many years, beginning her NFTY journey while in eighth grade and becominga ctive in social justice work through her temple. She is also a proud alumna of many Union for Reform Judaism programs, including URJ Kutz Camp, URJ Goldman Union Camp Institute, and the URJ Biennial. Kathryn has always found a home within the Jewish community.
