Rabbi Deborah Prinz authored On the Chocolate Trail: A Delicious Adventure Connecting Jews, Religions, History, Travel, Rituals and Recipes to the Magic of Cacao, (2nd edition). It also forms the basis for a picture book, The Boston Chocolate Party, a story that highlights Jewish chocolate making in the American colonies at the time of the Boston Tea Party. Her forthcoming book is On the Bread Trail.
