He hosts a weekly podcast “Seekers of Meaning," which focuses on issues related to baby boomers and their families. He previously served on the staff of the Union for Reform Judaism for more than three decades, first as a regional director and more recently as founding director of Jewish Family Concerns. He also served congregations in California and New Jersey.
