She currently serves as Director of Education at Congregation Sha’ar Zahav in San Francisco, offers spiritual direction to people from all backgrounds, and co-facilitates the URJ’s Jewish & New-ish gathering space for recent converts. Sue converted to Judaism half her lifetime ago, in her mid-20s
