Tani Prell’s (she/her) life and career have been centered around education, Judaism, and the arts with a commitment to equity and belonging as a thread throughout. Tani is the creative director for Be’chol Lashon, a national Jewish nonprofit focused on raising awareness around global racial and ethnic Jewish diversity. She is also an anti-racism educator and consultant and former Reform synagogue education director and arts educator. Tani serves on the Executive Board of the URJ’s North American Board of Trustees, and was a 2018 JewV'Nation Fellow. Tani lives in Chicago and loves bringing elements of her Black and Italian identities into Jewish holidays and rituals, sharing Jewish experiences with her family and friends from a range of backgrounds.
