Wally Klatch (he/him) got his master’s degree in management from Purdue University and pursued a career as a Management Consultant. He describes his work as dealing primarily with “lines and boxes,” making the transition to the feelings-based world of early-stage Dementia even more stark.
Wally lived for 30 years in a village outside of Jerusalem. In addition to working and raising four children, he very much enjoyed folk dancing. He was diagnosed with early-stage Dementia in 2022. After a difficult period of coming to terms with this reality, he has presented in various forums with the objective of raising awareness and encouraging conversations about Alzheimer’s/Dementia.
