Think outside the matzah box and try this tasty option, delicious for any time of day.
3 tablespoons tomato sauce
3 tablespoons shredded mozzarella
2 teaspoons finely grated Parmesan
1 fried egg
- Spread tomato sauce onto matzah. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake at 400°F directly on oven rack until cheese melts, 6 to 7 minutes.
- Top with egg and basil.
