There are many reasons to take the Introduction to Judaism Class. While some people enroll as part of their Geirut (choosing to become Jewish) process, we respect the fact that not everyone in the class has an interest in becoming Jewish. There is absolutely no expectation or judgment in regard to what happens once a student completes this course of study.
Our curriculum is designed so that a student can join the class at any point in the year. It is not necessary to take all classes in one academic year. Our classes are based on the Union for Reform Judaism’s curriculum.
