Eisendrath Legislative Assistant Fellowship
The Religious Action Center of Reform Judaism’s Eisendrath Legislative Assistant Fellowship offers recent college graduates a yearlong, paid opportunity to drive the Reform Movement’s social justice advocacy in Washington, DC. Legislative Assistants (LAs) have a wide range of responsibilities including legislative advocacy, coalition building, issue-based campaigning, communications, and social justice programming for young leaders. LAs work to advance the RAC’s work on issues including racial justice, LGBTQ equality, reproductive rights, immigration, economic justice, and Israel. Few comparable programs provide more opportunity for hands-on experience and leadership.

CLASP (Camp Leader And Synagogue Professional) Fellowship
CLASP Fellows (Camp Leader And Synagogue Professional) are full-time year-round staff that spend the summer at a URJ camp and the academic year in a synagogue. Over the course of 2-3 years, they work with children, teens, and families to engage them in vibrant and dynamic Jewish living 12 months a year.

Tikkun Olam in Tel Aviv-Jaffa
A 5 or 8 month volunteer program for people aged 20-30 that focuses on pluralism, coexistence, social justice, Jewish learning and Hebrew/Arabic study. With significant funding, the program can be as cheap as $500! Participants will be engaged in true social justice as they work with the Jewish & Arab-Israeli communities in the Tel Aviv-Jaffa area.

Practical Ecology at Kibbutz Lotan
The Green Apprenticeship is an intensive 4-week course in Permaculture design with hands-on, practical work in organic agriculture, natural building with earth & straw, and sustainable technologies that you can build yourself. Join an international cohort who come to Lotan to live and have fun in the straw bale domes, grow healthy food, sculpt buildings and filled their Tikkun Olam toolbox with valuable techniques.
