1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until combined.
2. Transfer mixture into a strainer in the sink or over a bowl to let liquid drip out.
3. Let sit for around 30 minutes in fridge.
4. Portion mix into 1-2 oz. balls, place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Place baking sheet into freezer for around 1 hour.
6. Heat canola/vegetable oil for deep frying to 300°F.
7. Carefully drop falafel into oil and cook until medium dark brown. The fritters should be floating.
