Purim is a happy holiday that affirms Jewish survival and continuity throughout history. This coffee cocktail, named for the place where the Purim story occurred, is luscious, warm, and cozy. L’chaim!
Ingredients:
¾ oz. Grand Marnier
¾ oz. amaretto
2 ½ oz. steamed milk
1 ½ oz. espresso
Dash of nutmeg
Directions:
- Add the Grand Marnier and amaretto to a preheated coffee glass.
- Slowly add the steamed milk and then the espresso.
- Top the drink with milk foam and nutmeg. Stir and enjoy.
