Texas Apple-Sour Cream Crumb Pie

Brimming with apples and spice, this pie with its sweet crumb topping is a crowd-pleaser!

Ingredients
FILLING:
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 medium apples
...........................................................................
9" unbaked pie crust
...........................................................................
TOPPING:
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. Combine and beat together the sour cream, flour, eggs, sugar, and vanilla.
  3. Pare and core apples. Slice thin, then fold in sour cream mixture.
  4. Turn into pie crust.
  5. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over filled pie. Bake 1 hour.
