Brimming with apples and spice, this pie with its sweet crumb topping is a crowd-pleaser!
Ingredients
FILLING:
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 medium apples

9" unbaked pie crust

TOPPING:
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- Combine and beat together the sour cream, flour, eggs, sugar, and vanilla.
- Pare and core apples. Slice thin, then fold in sour cream mixture.
- Turn into pie crust.
- Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over filled pie. Bake 1 hour.
