Video: How to Make Gluten-Free Baked Latkes

Easy and fun, these latkes are gluten-free and delicious! See instructions below.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shredded potatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 tablespoon salt 
  • 1 teaspoon pepper 
  • 1 egg 

Directions:

  1. Mix shredded potatoes with onion and egg.
  2. Add salt and pepper. Mix well. 
  3. Coat cupcake tin with cooking spray.
  4. Put the potato mixture into the tin. Pat down each potato mound. 
  5. Bake at 450 degrees for 20-30 minutes – cooking times will vary. 
  6. Remove from tin, serve with apple sauce and/or sour cream.

Ingredients: 

  • 1 can pre-made biscuit dough
  • Canola oil
  • 1 cup confectioner's sugar
  • 1/2 cup jelly 

Directions:

  1. On a floured surface, roll out biscuit dough until it is about 1/2 inch thick. 
  2. Cut into 1 inch circles using a cookie cutter. For bigger donuts, use a larger cookie cutter. 
  3. Fill your pan 1/3 of the way with canola oil and heat to 350F. 
  4. Fry the donut holes until they are browned on all sides. 
  5. Place finished donut holes on a paper towel to remove excess oil and then immediately coat with sugar. 
  6. Using a piping bag to inject each donut with jelly.

Ingredients: 

  • Large Marshmallows 
  • Pocky Sticks
  • Nutella 
  • Chocolate Candy Kisses
  • Writing Icing 

Directions:

  • Unwrap four candy kisses.
  • Break four Pocky Sticks in half, and discard the part that is not covered in chocolate. 
  • Insert the broken end of  the remaining Pocky Stick halves into four marshmallows.
  • Attach a chocolate kiss to the bottom of each marshmallow with a dab of Nutella.
  • Using writing icing, pipe on one of the Hebrew letters from the dreidel.
