Thanks to mild winters and long growing seasons, Israel is one of the best citrus growers in the world, exporting citrus fruits worldwide. Israeli citrus fruits include pink grapefruits, mandarin oranges, clementines, pomelos, limes, and lemons. Try a refreshing spritz using your favorite seasonal citrus fruits!

Ingredients:
Juice of 4 lemons, 4 limes, or 2 oranges
4 Tablespoons fresh parsley, mint, or basil
8 cups cold seltzer
6-8 teaspoons sugar (optional)
Directions:
  1. Use a blender or food processor to combine juice, parsley and seltzer.
  2. Add sugar (if using) and process for 25 seconds. 
  3. Pour into glasses.
