Every year, mathematicians, scientists, and pie makers the world over celebrate Pi Day on March 14 – and frequently, those celebrations include pie. We’ve rounded up a few of our favorite Jewish-inspired pie recipes to help you revel in the day.

4. Dairy-Free Cream Cheese Tartlets

Created for people who are sensitive or allergic to dairy products and gluten, this recipe can also be made with regular cream cheese, dairy cream, and a graham cracker crust for those without food intolerances.

5. Dark and Spicy Pumpkin Pie
