Sarah Norton (she/her) serves as an assistant vice president at the Union for Reform Judaism where she oversees initiatives designed to connect a growing and diverse community of people with the Reform movement, its social justice work, its camps and Israel programs. Sarah resides in San Diego, CA, with her husband; two daughters, Aria and Ruth; and dog, Pismo.

One of my most treasured memories is of my husband buying Purim carnival wristbands for our children. This act might seem small, but it symbolized a significant shift for us. See, my husband isn't Jewish, but we are raising a Jewish family.
