1 pound tender beef or lamb, diced into 1-inch cubes
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon oil
Salt and pepper
- Marinate diced meat in garlic and oil mixture for 1/2 hour.
- Remove and put meat cubes on skewers. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Place over charcoal grill or in broiler.
