The RAC’s Social Justice Seminars give thousands of Jewish teens the opportunity to impact our political process by speaking with policy makers on Capitol Hill. These weekend-long seminars are designed to expose participants to a variety of public policy issues and to explore the Jewish values that inform the Reform Movement’s advocacy.
NFTY - The Reform Jewish Youth Movement

NFTY is open to teens in grades 6 to 12, helping Jewish teens build confidence, friendships and leadership skills through experiential youth-led educational programming including social justice projects, worship, and community-building initiatives .Programs are offered by nearly 500 Reform congregations and on a regional and North American level.
RAC Teen Justice Fellowship

RAC teen justice fellowship programs are learning intensives in community organizing, designed to equip youth leaders with the skills to create change in their home communities. Through our fellowships, high schoolers connect with other social justice leaders from across the country and learn lifelong skills applicable to any issue they are passionate about.
Teen Israel Organizing Immersive

A four-month, US-Based program for teens to learn about current events, social justice, and culture in Israel and learn how to organize around Israel within their communities. Fellows receive a full scholarship to attend the opening seminar at the Collab in October 2024 before returning home to work with mentors on an Israel organizing project of their choosing.

Learn with Jewish music legends and gain concrete skills to lead your community in song and celebration. This prestigious eight-month fellowship is led by Cantor Rosalie Will in partnership with the musical leaders of our movement, including the American Conference of Cantors.

At 6 Points Sci-Tech Academy, located just outside of Boston’s science and technology corridor on the campus of the beautiful Governor’s Academy boarding school, scientific inquiry meets fun! Campers spend two weeks exploring robotics, video game design, environmental science, digital media, and a host of other fun activities in a friendly setting with campers who share similar interests.
